Product Manager (IOLs เลนส์แก้วตาเทียม)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and manage the product lifecycle of medical devices, including strategic planning, product development, marketing, and sales support.
• Conduct market research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, technologies, and customer needs to guide product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure products meet market and regulatory requirements.
• Define unique selling points (USPs) and develop effective product messaging and positioning.
• Create marketing materials and provide product training for the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze product data, and generate regular reports to evaluate business impact.
• Support marketing initiatives including seminars, exhibitions, and scientific events.
• Plan and manage product budgets effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards such as FDA, CE Marking, and ISO 13485.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of medical device registration processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, Thai FDA, CE).
• Excellent market analysis, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in both Thai and English.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, hospital meetings, or external events.
