Prepare and manage M&E cost estimation for tender projects

Analyze and review costs to ensure accuracy and competitiveness

Coordinate with architectural, structural teams, and subcontractors

Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors

Plan and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities

Negotiate technical and commercial terms

Support tender submission and documentation

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project risks

Participate in value engineering to optimize cost and design

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 8ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E Estimation / QS within construction companies

Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, and estimation

Experience in tender preparation, subcontractor negotiation, and cost analysis

Good command of English (spoken & written)

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimation software

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure

-If tested TOEIC over 900+, provide TOEIC Allowance 10,000 THB/month. (if applicable)
-Must renew every 2 years to secure the allowance
Salary Increment (1 time in May)
Annual Health Check Up
Annual Leave: start 7 days (After working 1 year)
Bonus: Variable (1 time in December)
