หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
• Maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability in your store
• Lead, coach, and develop a motivated, results-driven team
• Plan and execute marketing events, promotions, and visual merchandising
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and inventory efficiently

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail (apparel/footwear preferred)**
• Bachelor's Degree in any field - Good at speaking in English**
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profitability targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for developing teams and delivering results
• Commercially minded with an interest in innovation
