Manage and lead a team of 6–7 members.

Oversee the store’s sales target and ensure performance meets set goals.

Supervise overall store operations including sales, customer service, and team coaching.

Develop and implement plans to achieve KPIs.

Manage in-store inventory effectively.

Coordinate with the purchasing department and other branches for stock replenishment and transfers.

Oversee sales transactions, product exchanges, and refunds to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure store image and visual presentation meet company standards.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 4 - 6

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Male or Female, aged not over 40 years.

Good communication skills in English (Chinese or Russian language skills will be a strong advantage).

4–6 years of experience in the retail industry with proven managerial and leadership skills.

Ability to work 6 days per week according to the monthly shift schedule.

Experienced in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Background in fashion or sports retail, especially with international companies, is preferred.
