This position is responsible for employee concern and investigation including interpersonal conflict in the workplace, termination and employee complain.

Provide support in union activity, support communication with union such as union meeting, and union organization campaign. Support CBA

Lead to conduct communication, improve and develop efficiency of channel and target group.

Lead to conduct engagement activity, improve and develop employee engagement.

Design new model and improvement of activity to improve communication and engagement of people in various group and generation

Design communication and engagement activity to support Employee Relation strategy

Support CSR activity regarding to master plan

คุณสมบัติ

เพศ : ชาย

อายุ(ปี) : 30 - 40

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Minimum 5 years up of working experience in Employee Relations (experienced in Manufacturing field will be advantage.)

Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Political, Business Administration or related fields.

Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks.

Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.

Having experience in the automotive business or vehicle parts manufacturing will be an advantage.
