Recruit and appoint potential investors to be authorized dealers in each primary market area.

Provide assistance on corporate identity and visual identity (CI/VI) to Authorized Dealers on VinFast Showroom standards.

Monitor and track the progress of standard showroom construction within specific timeline.

Develop and implement practical sales and market entry strategies.

Develop and support dealer sales team to penetrate sales share in each market.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports including market updates to Management.

Ensure that all sales and business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

At least 5 years of dealership management experience as Head of Department or Head. of Car Showroom Sales & Marketing Department in the field of automotive business.

Experience in organizing and operating teams and implementing business plans.

Experience in planning and construction of Car Showroom.

Experience in resolving complaints and customer services.

Having experience working for automobile manufacturers (Distributors, Manufacturers) is an advantage.

Have a solid foundation of knowledge about products and the automobile business market.

Have knowledge of commerce, automobile market and investment

Highly disciplined, serious in thinking and perception; Fairly and fiercely fighting against culturally inappropriate behavior.

Demonstrate the role of leader, take the lead, dare to engage, undertake all assigned tasks, and be respected by under officers.

Be creative, progressive, constantly learning.

Work towards quality and efficiency

Able to travel and stay overnight for long periods of time. Because the job has to travel around the country all the time.

Required for Car Driver License.
