Find and negotiate with Dealers to develop sales system according to assigned targets.

Coordinate with relevant departments & direct the implementation of other tasks related to business operations such as: price announcement, promotion program announcement, monthly service reconciliation with suppliers.

Manage vehicle inventory, implement directed allocation principles and coordinate with Production and Logistics departments to ensure vehicle delivery plans.

Manage the reporting system, coordinate with IT and related departments to standardize reporting data.

Control and analyze data to provide timely reports, assessments, and warnings to employees.

Provide information and reports as requested by direct leaders.

Inspect to promptly detect/prevent violations in the department.

Other tasks as requested by the direct manager.

At least 3 years of dealership management experience as Head of Department or Head of Car Showroom Sales Department

Experience in organizing and operating teams and implementing business plans.

Experience in resolving complaints and customer services.

Having experience working for automobile manufacturers (Distributors, Manufacturers) is an advantage.

Have a solid foundation of knowledge about products and the E-Scooter business market.

Have knowledge of commerce, automobile market and investment

Highly disciplined, serious in thinking and perception; Fairly and fiercely fighting against culturally inappropriate behavior.

Demonstrate the role of leader, take the lead, dare to engage, undertake all assigned tasks, and be respected by under officers.
