Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and potential dealerships.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealerships to enhance their performance and ensure brand consistency.

Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.

Analyze sales data and dealership performance metrics to optimize network growth and profitability.

Lead negotiations and finalize dealership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and adherence to company policies.

Together with Dealer Training Manager, organize training programs and support initiatives for dealership staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service.

Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by dealerships in a timely and effective manner.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
