Elevator Sales Manager – Channel Development & Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement channel expansion strategies for the Thai elevator market.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and sign new channel partners (elevator contractors, distributors, etc.).
• Manage, train, and motivate existing partners to strengthen their sales performance and loyalty.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand, and report insights to management.
• Support partners in project tracking, bidding processes, and key account relationship management.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events to promote brand presence.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, contract signing, and payment collection.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or channel management in the elevator, building equipment, or industrial product sectors in Thailand.
• Strong understanding of the Thai elevator market and local business practices.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Good command of English or Chinese is highly preferred for communication with headquarters.
