หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Guest service: welcome residents with a warm and professional demeanor, escort them to their tables and present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, including descriptions and recommendations, take order accurately and effectively, ensuring special dietary requirements and preferences are noted.
• Table service; serve food and beverage promptly and elegantly, following established service standards. Monitor guests’ satisfaction, making regular check-ins to address any concerns or requests. Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area, and high – quality cleaning services.
• Beverage Knowledge. Possess a deep understanding of wine and beverage offerings, recommendations, and wine parings when appropriate.
• Team collaboration: collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders and prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Maintain effective communication with colleagues to create a seamless dining experience.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine, and beverage service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a fast – paced environment.
• Previous experience as a FB attendant in 5 stars hotels is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
