หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - B2B operation (end-to-end process) -
• Coordinate between fulfilment and logistic partners to solve any potential issues related to the supply chain.
• Understand the overall supply chain for the whole processes of fulfilment management.
• Have skills in supply chain solutions to deliver standardized fulfilment services for stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of transportation processes, including route optimization, carrier performance and transport costs.
• Able to summarize the root cause of issues and update SOP/SLA to smooth the operation.
• Other tasks: Develop other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• - System Solution -
• Understand the process of market place and online retailers
• Understand fulfilment requirements to communicate with CN IT Team development
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder to communication problem with CN IT Team connected OMS with Local systems.
• Coordinate and assist all internal parties to understand process, product deliverables and provide
• Collect and coordinate OMS problems for CN IT Team for system improvement
• Day-to-day operation on backend OMS

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Informationtechnology, Businessand Logistic
• At least 1-3 years ofe xperience in Supply Chain Managementfunction, ERP system and OMS field
• Good command in English both spoken and written (Chinese is a must), Computer literacy
• Good inter personal skills, goodanalytical, problem
• Experience in fleet management is preferred
