หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Team Management
• Manage and lead the TikTok influencer business development team in Thailand, develop team development plans, assign work tasks, and ensure efficient team operation.
• Train and guide team members to improve their professional skills and work performance, driving the overall improvement of the team.
• Set team performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure the achievement of goals.
• Influencer Collaboration
• Promote effective implementation of influencer collaborations
• including following up on contract signing
• product and sample confirmation
• product introduction and usage tracking
• preparation before live broadcasts, reviews, etc.
• Fully follow up with influencers or agencies, support the implementation of cooperation details, maintain and establish a good brand image, and keep good cooperative relationships.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• College degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields
• Over 3 years of experience in social media or content marketing, with at least 1 year of team management experience
• Data-sensitive, with strong commercial acumen, business development negotiation skills, brand merchant management, and communication cooperation capabilities
• Familiar with the TikTok platform and its operation mechanisms, with rich resources in influencer and agency collaborations preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills and team management abilities, capable of motivating the team to achieve goals
• Proficiency in English and Thai or Chinese and Thai, able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment
