MEP Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Planning and coordinating MEP activities: Developing work schedules, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring timely completion of MEP tasks.
• Supervising MEP team: Directing and monitoring the work of technicians, contractors, and subcontractors involved in MEP installations and repairs.
• Ensure all MEP’s machines are in running order and that personnel adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaboration with other stakeholders: Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure proper integration of MEP systems into the overall construction project.
• Quality control: Ensuring that MEP systems are installed and maintained in compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Technical expertise: Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Provide direction and leadership to a team of MEP technicians, ensuring effective job performance.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and documenting progress, inspections, and any changes or modifications made to MEP systems.
• Oversee the overall operation of a manufacturing environment or a mechanical engineering requirement from the designer.
• Guide technicians to deliver quality engineering and maintenance services.
• Maintain and record data regularly, updating the status and working conditions of equipment.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• A degree in mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Relevant experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry.
• Certifications related to MEP systems and safety management may be required.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and people management.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Effective negotiation skills.
