Identify legal/compliance risk and assist in identifying & evaluating the strategy risk, financial risk, operational risk

Following up, and coordinate with the Risk Owner to comply and prepare risk action reports for Risk Management Committee

Coordinate operations between the company and Krungsri Bank.

Support to conduct the annual BCP & Call Tree plan to ensure the alignment with Bank’s requirement

Review Policy Operational Risk ( RCSA & KRI ) Master From Bank of Ayudhya To be consistent with the company's operations.

Follow up the rules and regulations of SET, SEC, and relevant governmental authorities that have been announced, amended renovated, or canceled and consider related impacts to provide advice / develop internal working processes to comply with regarded regulation.

Provide advice for other departments related to regulation and compliance.

Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies, procedures, Company.

Coordinate with outsource and preparing data to them for monitoring (PDPA, CAC, Audit)

To prepare data and organizing in a useful for business needs.

Coordinate Meeting internal company can between Bank of Ayudhya.

Support new project and other jobs assigned.
