• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Food Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or related field).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or application engineering role.

• Strong knowledge of sanitary equipment and processes in the food, pharmaceutical, personal care, beverage, and brewery industries.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Effective communication and presentations skills to interact with customers , internal teams

• Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions in Thailand and oversea

• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher

• Willingness to travel within Thailand and overseas

• Able to commit to a long-term contract for training and professional development to an advanced level

• Understand how to optimized to help customer success in sustainability
