Head of Marketing (Sport Complex/Recreation Center)

• Define and elevate the project’s brand strategy, including Brand Positioning, Brand Personality, and Brand DNA, ensuring a clear and distinctive presence within the Sport & Lifestyle market.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling customer experiences, ensuring consistent brand representation across every customer touchpoint, channel, and on-site interaction.
• Develop and lead integrated marketing and communication strategies across online and offline channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, and other relevant platforms.
• Set the content and creative direction, establishing strong content pillars, campaign concepts, storytelling, and visual standards while managing creative agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
• Plan and lead signature events and brand activations, including sports tournaments, community events, family activities, wellness programs, workshops, seasonal campaigns, and strategic collaborations that strengthen community engagement and brand recognition.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations with Sport, Fashion, Wellness, Lifestyle, F&B, and Family brands, developing co-branded campaigns, experiences, sponsorships, and opportunities that enhance long-term brand equity.
• Lead the full marketing journey from Pre-Opening through Launch and Post-Launch, covering awareness, trial, conversion, retention, advocacy, customer acquisition, footfall, memberships, bookings, classes, events, and repeat visits.
• Develop CRM and customer engagement strategies, including customer segmentation, database development, member communications, privileges, retention initiatives, and programs that increase customer lifetime value and brand advocacy.
• Balance brand development with commercial objectives, driving measurable results across customer acquisition, membership, venue utilization, F&B/tenant traffic, marketing-generated revenue, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations and Management to ensure the physical environment, service delivery, customer journey, and overall atmosphere consistently reflect the intended brand positioning.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, including Assistant Marketing Manager – Digital Communication and Assistant Marketing Manager – On-ground Activation & Partnerships, while coordinating external agencies and partners across Creative, Media, PR, Design, Content, Production, and Events.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 8–12 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Building, and integrated marketing.
• Proven experience in brand launches, rebranding, or brand repositioning is highly preferred.
• Experience in Lifestyle, Hospitality, Sport, Fitness, Wellness, Retail, F&B, or Community Destinations would be an advantage.
• Strong creative judgment with a good understanding of modern lifestyle brands, consumer trends, and customer experiences.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate strategic direction into measurable business results.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and agency/partner management capabilities.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a new business or start-up environment
• Fluent in English communication both written and spoken
