2. Conduct regular internal audits to monitor the performance of the Quality Management System and identify areas for improvement

3.Develop and implement processes to control and monitor product quality throughout the supply chain

4.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in response to customer complaints and non-conformances

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the Quality Management System and drive organizational efficiency

6. Provide training and support to employees on the Quality Management System and quality control processes

7. Proficiency in quality management software.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

9. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

10. Should be good Knwoledge about Quality core tools

11.Should be good Knwoledge about QCP , Flow chart , 7 QC Tools , PFMEA , PPAP , APQP ,MSA etc.

12. Conducting regular audits of the quality control systems to identify areas of non-compliance and implement necessary improvements.

13. Maintaining accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.

14. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.

15. Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the existing quality control process.

16. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

17. Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

Age betaween 22-35 Years old

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven track record in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Experience conducting internal audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Familiarity with product quality control processes.

Should be good Knwoledge about ISO 9001, ISO 13485 , ISO 14001/45001 & IATF 16489

Should be good Knwoledge about factory safety audits , like - UL , CSA, TUV , CCC ETL, DNV ,TUV-SUD , NTRL etc.

Certification in Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
