Financial Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the company's financial operations, accounting and internal control management
• Increase efficiency and improve financial management system, and improve management system in accordance with the process
• Organizing the preparation of the company's budget and control
• Responsible to manage the company's capital. Ensure the stability of the company's capital. Planning to ensure that the necessary for the normal operation of the business. Maintaining capital and cash flow for normal operations to achieve the company's goals. Participate in capital increase planning to ensure efficiency.
• Responsible for tax processing and the overall tax planning of the company. Comply with various laws and compliance requirements, for example BOI, TP (transfer price). Planning and manage import and export taxes, income tax
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the operating cost of the company.
• Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the company and external agencies such as government, banks, taxation, customs and the Ministry of Industry.
• Develop a highly efficient finance team and training to enhance competence.
• Other job assigned by the management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting function (Master or MBA is preferred)
• Experience more than 10 years for financial in Manufacturing. And more than five years in management experience with abundant practice to make financial statement such as Balance sheet, Income statement etc.
• Communicate in English, Thai or Chinese fluently. (If able to communicate in Chinese for work will be is an advantage)
• Experience working in corporate finance in Chinese Company will be an advantage
• Proficient in finance, accounting and taxation, familiar with Chinese and Thai accounting standards. Including the law will be is an advantage
• Good responsible and aware of the service. can work under pressure, good leadership, good coordinate and communicate skill and solve problems
