หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Be the main point of contact for existing clients — questions, status updates, and complaints stop with you
• Lead and oversee the accounting team's day-to-day output and response times
• Hold staff accountable — you set the standard and enforce it
• Review and sign off on financial statement closings across multiple industries
• Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting standards, VAT, PND, and RD requirements
• Communicate directly with English-speaking clients — written and spoken
• Develop junior staff through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Coordinate with auditors and Revenue Department when required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm
• Extensive hands-on experience closing financial statements across multiple industries — non-negotiable
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax law, TFRS, VAT, and PND
• Native Thai
• Proficient in Express and PEAK — QuickBooks, Zoho, or Oracle is a strong advantage
• Good English — client-facing written and spoken
• Confident leading a small team and giving clear direction
• Accountable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
