• Develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve long-term business objectives
• Oversee and manage overall company operations at the organizational level
• Make critical decisions on high-impact business matters
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure all departments align with company goals, policies, and performance targets
• Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to plan growth strategies and expand business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, partnerships, and negotiations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in senior management or executive roles
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or heavy equipment installation is preferred
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing
