Preliminary work: responsible for the design and management of architecture and structure, participate in the review of drawings and organize the deepening of construction drawings.

Construction management and control: according to the company's overall plan, supervise the construction unit to prepare the construction schedule, review the construction organization design and construction plan, and be responsible for the construction quality, progress, safe and civilized construction management and technical management of the on-site civil engineering major.

Cost control and contract management: strictly control the construction cost of civil engineering projects and participate in bidding work.

Coordinate and communicate with contractors and supervision units, exchange information, solve problems in civil construction, be responsible for general coordination, subcontracting and cooperation, and do a good job in daily construction management and construction logs.

Cooperate with the application for approval and construction and supporting procedures.

เพศ : ชาย

อายุ(ปี) : 30 - 45

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3 - 10

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, with more than three years of professional work experience in real estate.

Familiar with the relevant standard requirements of civil engineering in Thailand, familiar with the application for approval and construction and supporting procedures.

Work carefully, be responsible, and work seriously.

English and/or Chinese is preferred.

Experience in architecture would be an advantage.
