Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for the company's bank financing, accounting, tax planning, tax declaration, annual income tax settlement and annual inspection of industry and commerce.
• Track and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure the performance of contract terms and the accuracy of payment.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining the financial statements of the real estate company, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, to ensure their accuracy and timeliness.
• Responsible for the registration and verification of various ledgers, recording and tracking the fixed and intangible assets of the real estate company, updating the asset list and calculating depreciation.
• Other daily financial work.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Familiar with Thailand taxation, good communication and communication skills, English or Chinese is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or above in finance, with more than five years of accounting related work experience, with certified public accountant qualification certificate (real estate finance work experience is preferred).
• Work carefully, be responsible, and work meticulously and conscientiously.
