APP product operation manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Be responsible for the overall product operation planning of the company's APP, formulate operating strategies, implement them, and obtain operating results. Responsible for the overall operation of the APP.
• Aiming at the target user group, through channel design, intra-terminal path layout, marketing planning, etc., combined with core business functional scenarios, traffic introduction is carried out to improve business transformation efficiency.
• Be responsible for the construction of the user operation system, and achieve continuous growth in user scale and stickiness through new growth, fission, and retention.
• Continuously conduct in-depth analysis of accumulated users, explore user needs, build a traffic funnel operation analysis system, and enhance user value.
• Be able to independently conduct data analysis, gain insight into user needs, and formulate product optimization plans based on the analysis results to drive iteration.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor degree or above;
• More than 3 years of Internet APP product operation background and working experience, with overall experience in product operation and successful cases preferred;
• Have various operational capabilities and strong insight into user needs;
• Have good teamwork, communication skills and strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Cheerful personality, strong enthusiasm for work, and willing to accept challenges.
• English can be used as the working language (required).
