หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for managing sales activities related to our services and solutions.
• Build and develop positive relationships with new customers. and maintain good relationships with current customers.
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with relevant departments to propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and follow up to closing.
• Serve as the primary liaison and feedback channel for the technical team in executing sales contracts and ensuring smooth delivery to customers.
• Supply management with reports such as sales forecasts Pipeline updates and progress of sales activities
• Provide basic product knowledge to customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Females preferred but not a must age 25-35.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Architectural related background or experience.
• Able to travel in and outside Bangkok and have a personal car.
• Able to have offline meeting with management one day a week.
• Able to cold-call and visit existing and new clients everyday.
• Able to provide the kick-off report / weekly visit report / sales forecast report / and three year plan report.
• Able to arrange the company / project presentation and present to clients.
• Service-minded, and goal oriented are a must.
• Can use English and Thai well.
• Proficient in Microsift Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Strong relationship building skills teamwork and working together Has good logic and is thorough.
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
