  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to contract negotiations and closing.
  • Skillfully negotiate deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Stay informed on current market trends, property values, and competitors to offer expert advice to clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on property investments, market trends, and legal processes to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Attend luxury events, property expos, and other industry-related functions to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports to management.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to HNWIs.
  • Strong focus on delivering an unparalleled customer experience and building lasting relationships.
  • Expertise in negotiating complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, trends, and target audience.
  • Poised, polished, and able to handle high-pressure situations with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience with international clients and luxury property investors.
  • Strong network of affluent buyers, developers, and luxury professionals.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
