IT Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Control, follow up on operational plans and policies at the divisional level, provide consultation, and evaluate results. Solve problems in operation so that the responsible departments can operate efficiently.
• Determine the annual action plan to be in line with the budget.
• Prepare internal computer records and keep them up to date.
• Offer IT technical support to hotel staff and guests;
• Operate daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly IT maintenance work ; Complete daily logs about system maintenance.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• College degree or above.
• 3-4 star hotel or serviced apartment experience, more than 2 years of work experience.
• Hotels, computer technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other professional.
• Familiar with the hotel business, with expertise in computer hardware and software.
• Under 40 years old.
