Develop KOL / Influencer Marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with KOLs / Influencers across all tiers (Nano to Macro / Celebrities).

Manage the end-to-end KOL workflow, including briefing, negotiation, contracting, content approval, and reporting.

Control and optimize the KOL budget to achieve maximum efficiency (Cost per Result, ROI).

Analyze the performance of KOL campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and summarize insights for future campaign improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Media, PR) and external agencies or suppliers.

Continuously monitor social media trends, influencer trends, and emerging platforms.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Recruit, scout, and onboard KOLs, influencers, and affiliates aligned with conceptone target audience

. Own end-to-end creator management: outreach, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

Execute monthly KOL & affiliate campaigns to drive GMV and user engagement.

Develop clear campaign briefs and ensure on-time content delivery.

Manage and scale a performance-based affiliate program, optimizing CAC and ROI. Track and analyze performance; optimize creators, campaigns, and budget allocation. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing, preferably within E-commerce or Marketplace environments. Strong ability to interpret data, manage spreadsheets, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills; professional fluency in both Thai and English.

A growth-oriented individual with a high degree of ownership and a "self-starter" attitude.
