Head of housekeeping

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Supervise and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Train, evaluate, and mentor new employees.
• Schedule and delegate daily cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks.
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
• Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between the housekeeping department and other hotel departments.
• Communicate regularly with hotel management and attend meetings as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory control, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle guest interactions professionally.
