Hotel Manager (English only)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• • Ensure high levels of customer service, including room service and guest amenities.
• • Plan and manage the hotel’s budget and expenses.
• • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.
• • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
• • Build and maintain relationships with regular and new customers.
• • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• • Knowledge of hotel management software and systems.
• • Fluency in English and Thai is often preferred.
• • Thai nationality only .
