หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and manage NOSBAAN's presence on Google Maps for all apartments
• Optimize and maintain NOSBAAN listings to meet company standards
• Write SEO-friendly content for listings, across the NOSBAAN website and Airbnb
• Create new listings, including preparing photos and videos needed for each listing
• Curate photos and identify content that needs improvement across listings
• Write and improve NOSBAAN website content to resonate with target customers
• Coordinate on SEO with relevant teams
• Coordinate with other teams in the marketing field
• Perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Open to candidates at all experience levels — potential and work ethic matter more than years of experience
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of SEO, or a strong willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and a genuine drive to improve things
• Good eye for selecting and organizing photos
• Organized and able to manage multiple listings and tasks at once
• Curious, motivated, and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable with both creative and structured work — writing, organizing photos, optimizing listings
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new things
• Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently
