Responsible

Oversee all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to provide excellent service and meet performance targets.

Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure accurate stock levels, manage replenishments, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations.

Use data-driven insights to improve store efficiency and achieve business goals.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Fluency in Thai (Mandarin or English proficiency is a plus).

Hands-on experience in inventory management, POS systems, and visual merchandising.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
