Collaborate with line managers to implement HR processes and role profiling effectively.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective partnerships.

Proficient in HRM practices, planning, organizing, and strategic foresight.

Mature, customer-service oriented, with a positive attitude and resourcefulness.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment platforms is a plus
