Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Use insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market demands

Revenue Optimization: Implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth. Monitor and improve sales performance and profitability.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that commercial strategies align with company objectives and operational capabilities.

Team Development and Leadership: Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Reporting and Performance Metrics: Provide detailed reports on commercial performance, including sales data, revenue forecasts, and market insights. Present strategic recommendations to the executive team.

3–5 years of experience in business development or solution sales in the field of energy efficiency, smart buildings, or ESCO projects.

Strong knowledge of demand-side systems such as HVAC and energy controls.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
