หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting initial interviews and background checks, and preparing summary reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.

Training and Development - Gather and analyze training needs (TNA) from various departments. - Develop and implement the annual training plan according to company objectives. - Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and organize training logistics including materials, venues, and equipment. - Record and evaluate training effectiveness and report training results to management. - Maintain accurate training records and related documents to support audits (e.g., ISO, RBA, IATF, etc.).

Responsible for preparing attendance reports, analyzing absenteeism trends, supporting general HR tasks, and participating in employee-related activities such as job fairs and CSR events.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome, but those with at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment will be given special consideration.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in manufacturing industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/systems.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of labor law and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or RBA is an advantage.
