Site inspector (MEP)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) on-site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, Thai codes and HSE standards.
• Perform daily quality inspections of materials and installations; approve hidden works with photo records.
• Check cable routing, switchboards, piping, HVAC equipment and sanitary fixtures before finishes are applied.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and engineers; resolve technical issues on site and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain site logs, inspection check-lists and reports (daily reports, NCRs, RFIs).
• Participate in commissioning and testing: pressure tests, fire-alarm functional tests, air-balance, etc
• Prepare MEP documentation for hand-over to local authorities and insurers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related engineering discipline.
• 3 + years’ experience in MEP QA/QC or site inspection for commercial or hospitality projects.
• Strong ability to read AutoCAD / Revit drawings; good knowledge of Thai building & fire codes.
• Competent in report writing and MS Office / CMMS tools.
• English level B1 or higher for day-to-day coordination with an international team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working on an outdoor jobsite in tropical climate.
