หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and oversee the sales team, drive sales performance, and develop team potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Coordinate with the marketing department and other relevant teams to enhance sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends and propose business development strategies.
• Supervise and manage real estate sales in the designated area.
• Report sales performance and team progress to senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience required : 5-8 years or more in real estate
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams.
• Proficiency in Multilingual will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to drive and own a vehicle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, punctual, and positive attitude.
• Strategic Thinking ,Leadership & People Development ,Business Development
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese .
• Enjoying the collaboration with people of many nationalities
