Store Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support Brand growth and solidify BOYY’s position as a key player in the luxury retail market
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with product knowledge and creating strong human connections
• Maintain the global client list for BOYY Store and support its growth by proactively identifying clienteling opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and support long-term goals providing daily sales and footfall reports
• Analyze, track, maintain and exceed sales, customer experience and operational KPIs
• Manage internal stock and report any theft or damage to senior management
• Have a keen awareness of the local market and be able to identify opportunities
• Create weekly and monthly schedules, ensuring floor coverage and thinking strategically to maximize sales
• Model the way by inspiring, motivating and encouraging the team
• Train and develop the team through in the moment coaching and regular feedback sessions to improve individual and Team performances
• Support in Visual Merchandising
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all BOYY Employees
• Be available to work on shift from Monday to Sunday

• Ability to prioritize, delegate projects and follow up with the Team
• Detail oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability and desire to work in an international environment
• Be an excellent communicator and team player, able to adapt to any customer and / or situation
• Analytical and numerical skills
• Friendly, professional and inspiring attitude
• Fluent in both English and Thai (other languages are considered a plus)
