หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors upon arrival for scheduled appointments or walk-ins seeking general information, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, posts, and packages, including specialized deliveries and sensitive documents
• Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently clean, tidy with a well-groomed and pleasant demeanor
• Inform customers about promotions, events, and special campaigns
• Provide a comfortable waiting experience by offering refreshments and attending to guest needs while they await consultation
• Able to work 6 days per week /Shift Work (Morning and Afternoon)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1-2 years experience in receptionist, customer service or hospitality business preferred
• Very good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
• Serviced oriented with an eye for details
• Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Good command in English
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
