Responsible for procurement and subcontracting related to contractors, construction materials, and service providers in construction projects

Collect and verify documents from contractors such as quotations, contracts, TORs, and BOQs

Source and evaluate both new and existing contractors, and maintain an up-to-date vendor database

Coordinate with engineering, project, and accounting departments to prepare price proposals and comparison sheets

Prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ), Price Comparison Sheets, and approval reports for management

Draft, review and prepare subcontractor agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers on terms, pricing, and timelines to ensure optimal benefits for the company

Report procurement and contract status to supervisors or project managers on a regular basis

Review billing documents from contractors, such as delivery notes, progress reports, and payment milestones

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or contract management in construction or project-based work

Strong understanding of procurement procedures, contract terms, and relevant legal requirements

Familiarity with construction contract components (e.g., Scope of Work, Payment Terms, Defect Liability Period)

Ability to accurately verify billing documents such as PR, PO, delivery notes, and progress confirmation letters

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a high volume of documents

Strong negotiation, analytical, and document review skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting)
