New Product Development Lead

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead product development from concept → formula → testing → packaging → launch
• Build and manage the 12–24 month NPD roadmap
• Scout global skincare innovations, new ingredients, technologies, and packaging trends
• Source and manage suppliers/OEMs locally and overseas
• Oversee import of packaging, raw materials, and finished goods
• Evaluate samples, manage testing (stability, micro, irritation, SPF, etc.)
• Lead product training for Marketing and Sales team
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Design teams
• Manage timelines, COGS targets, and project documentation
• Mentor and oversee the NPD Associate

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of skincare/cosmetic product development experience.
• Experience in NPD ownership
• Strong formulation literacy and understanding of global ingredient innovation.
• Able to work fast, solve problems, and deliver high-quality products on time
• Growth mindset, always seek to improve, always curious
• English proficiency for supplier communication
