Develop and implement purchasing Strategies, policies, and procedures.

Source, evaluate, and select potential suppliers for materials / services.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchasing agreements with suppliers.

Analyze costs structures and market trends to optimize procurement costs.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve and supply chain discrepancies.

Prepare, report and maintain accurate purchasing records and databases.

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 3 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing , procurement, or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Chinese & English communication (both written & spoken )
