Accountant

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Advise senior management on financial strategy, tax planning, and business structuring decisions
• Assess financial and regulatory implications of new business initiatives, investments, or expansions
• Provide guidance on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and BOI (Board of Investment) matters where applicable
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Ensure full compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax filings
• Oversee statutory financial statement preparation in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies
• Monitor changes in Thai tax law and accounting regulations, ensuring the company adapts accordingly
• Manage annual statutory audit and corporate tax filing processes end-to-end
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes
• Prepare payroll and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, inventory valuation, point of sales system and reconciliations
• Process and review VAT filings, withholding tax, corporate tax and social security submissions
• Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with company policy and Thai regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Active Thai CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
• Minimum 3-8 years of progressive accounting experience in full set of accounts, including at least 2–3 years in advisory capacity
• Strong working knowledge of TFRS, Thai tax law, and Revenue Department requirements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Thai; good command of English (written and spoken) for reporting to head office and international stakeholders
• Experience in a multinational company
• Familiarity with local company requirements
• Experience managing or reviewing the work of a small accounting team
• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with hands-on execution
• High integrity and sound judgment on compliance matters
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
