Responsible

Managing bakery training to key accounts or new accounts (bakeries, pastry chains, cafés, and medium to large-scale producers). In this role you will be assisted by the Sales Manager.

Develop new customers recipes and expand market presence within the B2B professional bakery line .

Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts.

Understand customer production systems and recommend suitable ingredients based on volume, consistency, and performance requirements (under the support of the Sales Manager).

Follow up on customer projects.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Mid Level experience as bakery or pastry chef, with understanding in food ingredients.

Understanding of bakery and pastry production processes, especially in higher-volume environments, is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical product benefits clearly.

Organized, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Thai nationality only with good English command .
