Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals

Create engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, Line OA)

Produce multimedia content including articles, captions, short videos, and visuals

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure content consistency

Plan and manage content calendar to ensure timely delivery

Monitor content performance and optimize based on analytics and insights

Stay updated on industry trends, social media trends, and competitor activities

Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all channels

Coordinate with external agencies, designers, or influencers when required and support campaign launches, promotions, and product marketing activities

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Digital Media, or related fields

3–8 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing

Proven experience in creating content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels

Strong writing and storytelling skills in Thai (and basic English is a plus)

Basic skills in graphic design and/or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)

Understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and digital marketing concepts

Experience in using content management tools or social media analytics tools is an advantage

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content ideas
