• Ensure system commissioning, testing, and handover documentation are completed effectively.
• Resolve complex multi-system technical issues efficiently and promptly.
• Provide remote and on-site support to hotel clients to enhance service delivery.
• Perform system health checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document root causes and solutions for issues encountered, supporting continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proficiency in advanced networking concepts including routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Ability to conduct deep technical diagnostic analysis and independent problem-solving.
• Competency in reading technical diagrams and network maps to implement solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with system commissioning, testing protocols, and handover documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English for vendor escalation, technical documentation, and client interaction.
