Process Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Sample and Process Parameter Management - Confirm and validate product parameter settings for sample runs. - Track and monitor the trial production of product samples to ensure alignment with quality and technical standards.
• Equipment and Technology Development - Conduct research and development on equipment performance to meet production requirements. - Collaborate on the design and implementation of new equipment and process technologies related to PCB production
• New Product & Process Introduction - Support the development and implementation of new products, machinery, and manufacturing processes. - Study and apply advanced technologies related to PCB manufacturing.
• Process Optimization - Continuously improve production processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. - Reduce process waste and improve product quality through technical enhancements. - Analyze and resolve abnormal issues in production lines, particularly related to machine parameters.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with R&D, QA, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordinated process improvements.
• Other Tasks - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronic component production is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills(Prefer have basic Chinese or English Skill)
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing process control, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
