Sales Operation Officer (Automotive)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage dealer campaign incentive payments and validate sales data.
• Oversee vehicle stock management and allocation to dealers.
• Reconcile and maintain accuracy of floorplan inventory records.
• Prepare and submit daily invoicing information to Finance.
• Provide daily sales reports to PDI and Logistics teams for delivery planning.
• Prepare vehicle registration documentation and submit required information to the Department of Land Transport.
• Manage vehicle sales documentation, including registration and disposal documents.
• Review and process vendor payments against retail sales.
• Analyze sales and operational data and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Automotive Operations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
