Senior Parts and Logistics Management

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor parts inventory levels, update stock status and support demand planning to ensure sufficient stock availability
• Process parts orders from dealers/distributors and coordinate purchasing requests according to stock needs
• Check stock accuracy in the system, verify incoming/outgoing parts and resolve discrepancies with team
• Coordinate with 3PL to manage warehouse operations including parts receiving, storage, picking and packing to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with 3PL to conduct inspection and handle claims for damaged, missing or incorrect parts
• Respond to dealers/distributors regarding parts availability, lead time, order status and urgent supply needs
• Track daily and monthly parts sales, reconcile mismatches and correct data in the system when required
• Prepare monthly inventory, stock movement and parts sales summary reports
• Support quality checks for parts issues (missing, damaged, incorrect items) and coordinate follow-up actions
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with parts operation procedures and internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations
• Any related assignments by superior and management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in parts operations, warehouse/logistics, inventory control or automotive related roles
• Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts or technical components is an advantage
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with warehouse teams, internal functions and dealers/distributors
• Service-minded, organized and able to work under timelines and multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required)
