• Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Campaign Planner to develop comprehensive media plans aligned with campaign objectives by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize media strategies and enhance overall campaign performance. • Allocate budget for media campaigns and ensure cost-effective execution. • Contribute to target audience set up and funnel tactical approach for maximize campaign performance. • Manage day-to-day operation including scheduling ad materials, generating UTM links, writing captions, and other operational tasks. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables. • Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they align with campaign goals, standard user journey, and target audiences’ understandings. • Proactively analyze data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement by generating report and presentation. • Track expenditures against budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide financial updates to stakeholders.

• Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields e.g., Marketing, Communication. • At least 2+ years experiences of work experience in Digital Marketing, Online Media, or Digital Advertising for E-commerce platform or Media Agency. • Proven experience in media planning and ads optimization. • Comprehensive knowledge in advertising funnels, online user journey, and social media management. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time. • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends/evenings (related to campaign schedule). • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude, pleasant and energetic personality, and service-mindedness. Program Skills • Knowledge and skill in ads bidding and social media management tools. • Proficient in MS Office. • Ability to query data from database and knowledge in SQL is a plus. • Knowledge in other graphic design programs, ads bidding, analytic tools, is a plus
