หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Coordinate on quotations and invoice payment transactions as well as issuing PR/PO •Assist on financial tracking for budget control on a monthly basis •Manage and follow-up purchase order, stock lost and aging stock with partners and distributors’ procurement to order product especially department store and special event offline channel for small appliances •Manage logistic process from Nestle DC to distributor •Coordination execution in small appliances for department store as align with brand team •Drive sales orders to meet target as monthly basis, forecast and manage monthly sales plan for small appliance in department store channel and mainly summary sell-in as a monthly basis reporting to manager •Assists team on administrative tasks

• •Can use Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) •Good communicate in English
